Continuing this month, we are giving you some insights about some of our children so you can learn more about them, highlight their accomplishments and successes as the Lord moves them along the path of their lives.
Suyapa just turned 15 and is in the 6th grade. Suyapa has such a bright personality and is literally a friend to everyone. She enjoys helping people in need, and wants that to be a part of what she does. Suyapa is thinking about being either a dentist or working with a company that helps people. She really enjoys her life at the Village. Her favorite things to do there are talk with her friends and to play with the babies. Suyapa works hard and enjoys school. Her favorite subjects are math and English. She enjoys math because she likes numbers and she enjoys English because it is helping her communicate with more people. When Suyapa was asked what the best gift she has received from the ministry she said, that they love me. This beautiful girl certainly is loved and cared for, by so many.
Zacarias does everything he does with all of his heart. He sings with his whole heart, he smiles with his whole heart and he works with his whole heart. Recently, Zacarias hurt his foot, and although he hopped around on crutches for a week, he was never without a smile. He greets everyone with a big hug and is a joy to be around. Zacarias is nine years old
and is in second grade. He likes school because he likes to read, write and paint. Some of his favorite things to do are to play with the boys at the Village. He really enjoys riding on the scooters. When Zacarias grows up he thinks he would like to be a policeman so that he can work hard and help people.
